The Development Coordinator is a contract position and begins in April or May (negotiable). We are seeking a highly qualifiedpassionate advocate of financial prosperity, well connected to the funding world.

We need a grant writer immediately; someone who will
· manage grant-seeking research and proposal writing · oversee reporting requirements · demonstrate their success at grant writing and fundraising

An ideal candidate would also be able to:
· Cultivate a broad donor base · Develop/manage a gifts program · Nurture relationships with donors

Thank you EVERYONE who came out to last night's community action, made calls to or reported slumlords Isaac and Chaim Pollack to 311 for refusing to provide a Black woman tenant with a stove! Unfortunately, instead of obeying law and providing a stove for the tenant, in 5D at 332 Rutland Road, Chaim and Issac Pollack have chosen to target Equality for Flatbush's Facebook and Twitter accounts in attempt to block our direct action . We are currently locked out or have partial access to our accounts which we are in the process of appealing.

It has been close to 2 months that this Black woman elder has NOT been able to cook in her own home!

WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED!

You love New York City & have an intimate knowledge of Brooklyn neighborhoods
You are relentless in your approach to organizing because you believe that we can & will win
You are proficient with Google Drive, Google Groups, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Tumblr
You have super-natural superpowers around one or more of the following areas: social media outreach, street/community outreach crowdsourcing fundraising, individual donor fundraising, event planning, graphic design, videography, banner making, writing/editing and/or as a political strategist/ tactician You have a sense of humor. Highly Desired Qualifications but not Mandatory
